These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at hausbarn.com (the "Site"), operated by Hausbarn Private Limited ("Hausbarn," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Hausbarn

Hausbarn is a leather-focused company operating across three divisions: Luxury Car Interiors (bespoke automotive upholstery), Premium Leather Trading (B2B supply of hides and technical textiles), and Premium Office Furniture (executive/CEO cabin furnishing). Each division is described on the Site; the terms of any specific transaction, quotation, or order are governed by the separate agreement, invoice, or order confirmation issued for that transaction, in addition to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with the Site's operation (including through automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity); or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

3. Waitlist, Configurator, and Trade Inquiries

The Luxury Car Interiors configurator and waitlist let you express interest in a product configuration; joining the waitlist is not a purchase, order, or binding commitment by either party, and does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or delivery timelines. Trade and RFQ (request for quotation) inquiries submitted for the Leather Trading or Office Furniture divisions are likewise inquiries only — no order is formed until Hausbarn issues a separate, explicit order confirmation or signed agreement. The Site does not currently support online checkout or payment for any division.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and the Hausbarn name and marks — are owned by Hausbarn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through a form on the Site (for example, a trade inquiry, waitlist signup, or contact message), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. 6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, maps or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product images, including illustrative or placeholder photography used for divisions where real product photography is not yet available, are for general reference and may not exactly reflect the finished product, material, or finish.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hausbarn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hausbarn harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
